The following terms apply to all purchases made from our web site. Since computer screens have chromatic differences, especially between CRT screens and LCD screens, we cannot promise that the color of our products will be exactly the same as the picture you saw. There may be a little difference in the colors. You must contact us within 3 business days after receiving your order to request a refund. Please us the "Return Authorization Request" form below to request a refund and state in detail the reason for your return. All returns will be denied without a return authorization number (RA#). Health regulations prevent us from exchanging or refunding worn or used merchandise. No exchanges or refunds will be made on any opened merchandise. If you receive your order and it is damaged, 3 days will be allowed to contact us. Please state in detail the reason for the return. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned items back to Lingerie in Heaven. Customer agrees that all returned items will be 100% complete, unused and will include the original undamaged packaging materials, manuals, and other accessories. If any component of the returned item is missing, or if the product has been used, Lingerie in Heaven may reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges for replacement of the missing component(s). However, provided that the merchandise has not been worn, damaged, or altered by you, and all labels and tags are intact, acceptable merchandise will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable. Here at Lingerie in Heaven, we strive to make the ordering process simple and straight forward for our customer’s. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after order has been placed but we cannot control shipping times. We do apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately it is beyond our control. For your convenience we have provided a link below for you to track your order. We sincerely appreciate your business so we are currently working on new ways to provide our customer’s with faster service. All orders are shipped in unmarked packaging for your privacy. Due to new Federal regulations in world trade, shipping times have increased around the world so some shipments can be delayed by up to four to six weeks. Shipping times can vary depending on where your item is coming from and your shipping address. State or local taxes are not included in the item price unless stated or applied by PayPal. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility. Please check your state regulations.

As part of our personalized service, we encourage you to email us with any comments or questions about your order using our Contact Us page. For order tracking, please use the “Order Tracking” link below for faster response. The best way for us to contact you is by email, so make sure you give us your correct email address. We do not use or sell any emails for advertising purposes. It is used only for contacting you as our consumer. All advertised items are considered “in-stock” and are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If an item is sold out after you have purchased it, you will be contacted immediately concerning the status and be given one of the options below.  
1. Canceling the entire order for a full refund.
2. Cancel just that item for a partial refund and ship the rest if multiple items were ordered.
